Krystle Mcgilvery

Blending over a decade of finance leadership experience with behavioural science, psychology, and inclusive design, Krystle is a Chartered Accountant and helps individuals and organisations build financial clarity, resilience, and confidence, even in the face of overwhelm or past avoidance. Her work is deeply personal: growing up in a creative household without financial literacy, and later navigating traditional workplaces undiagnosed as neurodivergent, she saw first-hand how many smart, capable people feel shut out of financial systems not built for how their brains work. NeuroFinance OS and her wider work aim to change that. She speaks on topics including financial confidence, value articulation, decision-making, and the intersection of behaviour, identity, and money. Past speaking include the Bank of England, ITV, The Guardian, Booking.com, and Equifax. She’s been invited to Parliament multiple times, is a LinkedIn Top Voice, and regularly appears on podcasts and panels. Krystle is currently writing a book for parents on raising financially confident children, and is also a visual artist and actor, using creative expression as a tool for confidence, advocacy, and joy.
