ASIST - Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training is a world renowned two day interactive workshop in suicide first aid, teaching participants to recognise when someone may have thoughts of suicide and how to work with them to create a plan that will support their immediate safety.
For so many, the 1st of December opens a time of joy and celebration to families the world over. We also know that for many who have been bereaved, they may feel unable to look forward to Christmas with any sense of excited anticipation.
Here at OLLIE we have created a space especially for those of you who feel a sense of dread of the “big day” or can’t bear to endure the festivities. Just Another Day is an event where you can come together with others who just “get it” and are a step closer to understanding the way you feel.
Hop over to evenbrite to let us know if you’d like to come too.

Two expert trainers lead both days in a safe and supportive atmosphere.
Masks and face shields are available for each delegate.

Each delegate will receive a resource pack of goodies and signposting materials to take home
If you know anyone who might benefit from attending they can contact me and I will organise their place (and bursary if they need one)
I know you would help if you could but please ignore this email if this comes at a busy time or this just isnt something you can help with.
